Not only did Lindsay run over the foot of one black man (Ronnie Blake), she tried to blame another one (Jakon Sutter) for driving the chase vehicle in her pursuit of an assistant's mom. "I can do anything I want, I'm a f--king celebrity," she allegedly said, according to one of her boy toy hanger-on. Evidently she can do and say even more to and about her black hanger ons. Low six figures for the foot guy. Maybe 20K for trying to force the other brother to take the rap for you. And get some real help. Dr. Phil put it out there for you. Give him a call.

Dana Gioia Writes About The Arts in The Wall St Journal
"Entertainment promises us a predictable pleasure--humor, thrills, emotional titillation or even the odd delight of being vicariously terrified. Art is an irreplaceable way of understanding and expressing the world--equal to but distinct from scientific and conceptual methods. Art addresses us in the fullness of our being--simultaneously speaking to our intellect, emotions, intuition, imagination, memory and physical senses. There are some truths about life that can be expressed only as stories or songs or images. Art delights, instructs, consoles. It educates our emotions. And it remembers." (The Wall Street Journal, 7-19-07)
Mr. Gioialeft, is the chairman of the National Endowment of the Arts. This is an excerpt from a June 17 commencement address at Standord University.

DC Soccer Stadium Doomed Because Developer Is Black
Victor A. McFarlane is a wealthy black developer. For that reason alone his proposal to build a 27,000-seat soccer stadium across the Anacostia River from the Nationals baseball stadium currently under construction will fail. Just ask the black developers of the proposed Children's Island project. They passed a bill in Congress to transfer the land for a National Children's Island. They received approval from the DC City Council. The project still failed because one person stalled it into nonexistence--former Mayor Tony Williams when he was CFO. The developers did everything they were supposed to do but were still unsuccessful in developing their project.
The soccer team owned by McFarlane, DC United, has proposed to pay $150 million for the stadium and is requesting $200 million in benefits from the city, such as roads, tax incentives and the right to develop nearby land. This is standard operating procedure for such projects. National Harbor in Prince George's County received $500 million in such benefits from Maryland and the county. The Nationals baseball stadium is being publicly financed for $611 million and is being constructed in record time. McFarlane also wants to build 5,000 housing units, 750,000 square feet of retail space and 659,000 square feet of office space. (Wash Post)

McFarlane wants to build on 110 acres at Poplar Point in Ward 8, which is 98 percent black. Mr. McFarlane should know, if he doesn't already, that this site is on or near a CERCLA (similar to Superfund) site on Park Service property. Good luck brother. Blacks simply do not get to develop these types of projects. Go propose a chicken joint or something. You will have a better chance at getting approval. Or put your Asian partner out front. The project will have a better chance for approval.
Okay. So Jack Kent Cooke failed too but he still built within eyesight and about 5 miles from where he proposed to build near RFK Stadium. We are still sticking with the race card. Just look around at all the other development projects that have been approved. (The Washington Post)

Michael Vick Should Not Be Destroyed Over Dog Fighting
Michael Vick's career should not be ended over his horrible hobby. If he is given jail time it should be in the offseason. He should be fined severely for the crime if he is found guilty. He will lose endorsement deals over this trespass. But it is ridiculous that more attention is being paid to this than to the crisis of crime, assaults and murders in America's cities. The Humane Society and PETA activists are more upset about this than they are about Black-on-Black assaults and murder. An unruly mob is calling for Vick to be suspended by the NFL pending the trial. What next? Throwiung nooses at Falcon's games.
Dog fighting is illegal, stupid and extremely cruel, particularly when the losing dog is electrocuted or otherwise killed. Of course, professional football, if you think abou it, is stupid and cruel too. And Vick gets paid big time to do that.

Fight dogs are specifically bred and trained to fight. Two dogs are placed in a pit to fight for the spectators' gambling and entertainment for about an hour until one of the dogs is no longer willing or able to continue. American pit bull terriers are used in the majority of these fights. Dog fighting is a felony in the United States.

Prince Giving Away 'Planet Earth"
The Artist Now Known As Prince is giving away his new album, Planet Earth and it is making his record company and others very mad. He isn't giving it away in the USA mind you, just in the UK via a tabloid newspaper -- Mail on Sunday. Sony BMG UK is livid and threatening to pull the plug on its own release. The LP (oops) CD will drop in the USA on July 24.
Is Prince doing this for publicity? He evidently likes to mess with the record companies. Is this little rebellion in the UK his way of sending a message (remember when he had SLAVE written on his face). Somebody over there must have pissed him off and this is his way of retaliating. Prince obviously likes to stick to more than just the music. Hopefully this will be some type of environment record along the lines of Marvin Gaye's Mercy, Mercy Me tune. Hey Prince, if you see this please give AAEA a shout out. Rock on.

Chris Rock on Global Warming at Live Earth
Chris baby. If you want to know more about this issue instead of irritating traditional environmentalists and the general viewership (was this cable?), then give us a buzz. We would be happy to work with you on a more serious note and you are a brilliant cat and could bring an interesting perspective to this issue. You did not help yourself, however, at this appearance.

Villaraigosa Is No Marion Barry or Bill Clinton
Los Angeles Mayor Villaraigosa is guilty of projecting an image of marriage for political expediency, but he is not an outright cheater like true philandering legends Mariaon Barry and Bill Clinton. He and his wife were separated except for his political career and he had a girlfriend who happens to be a television reporter. Press hounds. Stop it. The man is no saint but he is not the Barry/Clinton twins either.
Powerful politicians, like powerful rock stars, can have their pick of women. Many seem to bend to the temptation. Martin Luther King and John Kennedy had big sexual appetites too. Barack Obaam and Malcolm X appear to be one woman men. Micheal Jackson and Prince seem to like matrimony when it comes to procreating. Maybe powerful women cheat as much as the powerful man-cheaters, but maybe do not get the ink. Hang in there Mr. Mayor. At least you are notthe former DC 'Mayor-for-Life' or the future 'First Gentleman.'

Live Earth: 7707
Live Earth is seven shows on seven continents on 7-7-07. Biblical in its symbols. Political in its purpose. Al Gore, left, is running for president without announcing. This is s billion dollar commercial for his campaign. It is brilliant. The Woodstock of global warming with Al Gore as the promoter. Concerts in 1) New York 2) London ( Wembley Stadium, right) 3) Johannasburg 4) Rio De Janeiro 5) Tokyo 6) Sydney & 7) Hamburg.
Gore is offering carbon offsets via Native Eenrgy based on wind, farm methane and a blend of international offsets. We are trying to promote offsets using nuclear power at our Green Carbon Bank. We also intend to offer general offsets from traditional sources such as wind and solar from our Carbon Mercantile Exchange.

Al Roker & Deborah Roberts Morning Marriage Competition
Al Roker, left, is the weatherman, funnyman on the "Today" show and his wife Deborah Roberts, right, is going head-to-head with him on "Good Morning America." Roberts is substituting for Diane Sawyer during her vacation and it is interesting how this married couple is competing for ratings against each other on morning television. Interesting. Very interesting.
Deborah Roberts joined the ABC newsmagazine 20/20 in June 1995. She has served as a substitute anchor on World News Weekend and Good Morning America. Prior to joining ABC NEWS, Roberts was a correspondent for NBC News’ Dateline NBC from the program’s inception, and also served as a substitute anchor on the network news.
