Madonna Funds Water Development in Africa

It is being reported that The Material Girl is planning to donate $3 million to drill wells in Malawi, Africa to provide water to orphans. She will also promote her Kaballah religion, calling the water "Kaballah water."

Earlier this year, JAY-Z announced his plans to work for clean water during his world tour.

Maybe the celebrities in Malibu will get the message and clean up their act if it is found that they are contributing pollution from their septic tanks to the Pacific Ocean.
